Taylor Swift has taken “Welcome to New York” to a whole new level as she made a surprise appearance there with rumoured beau Travis Kelce.

Both Taylor and Travis made surprise appearances on Saturday Night Live this weekend. Travis made a cameo at the end of the end of the first sketch, where the SNL cast poked fun at the NFL focusing on Taylor Swift during games. Taylor introduced the musical guest, Ice Spice, for her second song. Taylor featured Ice Spice on the remix of her song Karma.

After their swift appearances, the two were spotted hand in hand heading to the Saturday Night Live after-party. The duo were dressed in the same outfits they wore on the show.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end wore a white button-up shirt with an off-white jacket with colourful designs on the front. He paired the look with brown leather pants and white trainers.

Taylor was in a black sleeveless shirt with black slacks and black heels. She wore a grey trench coat over the look, which was styled with gold jewelry and her signature red lipstick.

The photos showed Travis as a perfect gentleman, helping her out of the car and holding her door for her while never letting go of her hand. But an eyewitness to the party claimed that a lot more went on than hand-holding.

“Taylor and Travis seemed to really be having a great night and looked happy to be with each other,” the eyewitness said to ET, “They kissed throughout the evening.”

According to them, the two arrived at Catch Steakhouse in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan, where the afterparty was held, at around 2:20 in the morning.

Another source backed up that statement and said: “Taylor and Travis looked very comfortable and happy together. They were kissing openly and weren’t shy with their PDA.”

Besides getting cosy with Travis, the 33-year-old songstress spent time with Ice Spice and some of her friends, the second source added. But while she saw her friend, she was reportedly almost attached at the hip with her 34-year-old beau.

“They were holding hands throughout the night, whispering into each other’s ear, and they even exchanged some kisses,” the source said, adding the athlete would also “kiss her on her head.”

“Everyone was in a great mood and had a great time,” the eyewitness claimed.

This outing was their first public appearance in New York City together. Previously, Travis was spotted leaving Taylor’s Manhattan apartment solo before his game against the New York Jets at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Love Story singer was spotted cheering him on with an entourage of famous friends like Sophie Turner, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and Hugh Jackman.
